Banks give money to boost micro-lending in Philadelphia

Six major banks, led by Bank of America, have given $322,500 to Finanta, a North Philadelphia nonprofit, to boost lending to small-scale entrepreneurs in the city. Philadelphia lags other parts of the country in micro-lending.
