Pengkalan Kubor: Introducing budu? to the world

The budu?, or fermented anchovy sauce is commonly used as a dip or flavouring in the Kelantanese household. In Kelantan, one of the most popular budu brands in the local market is Budu Cap Ketereh. Its owner, Mat Ismail Jusoh, 63, have been working hard since 1984 to set up a factory in Kampung Ketil here and come out with the best packaging design for his products.
