So How Many Books Have You Sold?

I sent an update through LinkedIn today announcing the paperback availability on Amazon and here is one of the questions that came back:

So how many books have you sold?

I was going to laugh at my speed reading friend, because the book was only listed on Amazon just yesterday.

And the sun just set a few hours ago in California.

But what was actually funny, is that the question was asked by two other people as well. Hmm.

So here was/is my answer:

The book just went on sale on Amazon yesterday.

While I do not expect to achieve best seller status with this title, I was given projected sales numbers and am told that sales should follow a bell curve.

So you, my friend, are ahead of the curve.

So too early to tell…
